With Easter around the corner it’s time for a few favourites to come out of the liquor cabinet. Sugar & spice and all things nice with this beautiful drink using @awildiangin Manuka Gin paired with @fevertreenz spiced orange ginger ale & garnished with @parched_garnishes orange. 🪺 🍊🐰

🌶️Just adding a little spice to your Wednesday Martini 🌶️
Give this one a try if chilli is your thing.
You can substitute the fino sherry for dry vermouth.
🍸
60 mil dry Gin
30ml chilli infused fino Sherry
3 drops of celery bitters.
🍸
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with plenty of ice, stir well & pour into a chilled martini glass. Optional dried chilli garnish. 🌶️

Perfect humpday wind down martini.
